Match report Good fun day in the sun had by all

D&C batted first on the grass scored an excellent 180 - V Reddy 59 NO, Murray Callan 38 and skipper Bruce Callan 20.

Falkland looked to chase but some excellent bowling held them at bay.
Wajahat took two early wickets and ended up with 3 wickets in 5 overs with 4 maidens.
Bruce Callan also took 3 wickets.
Justin Taylor on debut took the crucial wicket of Wayne Sullivan.
Lots of maidens and tight bowling thereafter as Falkland batted the full 40 overs for only 81 runs. Wayne top scoring 26 and Robertson 31 NO.

Fun start to the season for D&C - only keeper Murray Callan didnt get a bowl! Goody bowled but was the most expensive.
