Match report Excellent win for the ones.

Should have restricted Watsons to a far lower score - however dropped catches (Murray x4 as keeper) cost us. Vasu picked up 4 wickets with John Hutton and Martin one a piece.

D&C got off to an excellent start batting with Taylor and Honeyford putting on 43 for the first wicket - Justin was bowled by Bunker. Vasu came in and laid around the bowling scoring a rapid fire 39 before being bowled by Mawsdley.

Watsons probably thought the runs would dry up now - but Murray Callan came in and started hitting the ball further than Vasu was for a quickfire 33. Martin lost his wicket to Bunker and Wajhat Faisal came in and stroked the winning runs.

Good day at the office apart from the no show from James Spreng and the 5 drop catches. (4x Murray Callan 1 to Miller) but Murray made amends with his batting while Miller made up for his easyish drop catching a high swerving ball with a diving effort.

Watsons finished the day a bit demoralised with the total being knocked off in 22 overs but they will pick themselfs up and be very competitive going forwards.
