Match report Defeat to local rivals Broomhall. An excellent 170 from Burns after being dropped twice early in his innings proved to be the main issue today.
If we had claimed his wicket when we should have Broomhall would in all likelyhood have collapsed for around 100 - but a costly double drop cost us big. But to his credit some great batsmanship and short boundary hitting with an excellent 170.
Hopefully a better catching display next weekend - in a must win game V Heriots
